No account and nothing collected: your clients and documents stay on your device and in your own backups, and we never receive them.

WHAT SHOULD YOU CHARGE? • Choose the state, size, standard, deep or move-out clean, how often, and add-ons such as inside oven or fridge. • A band shows the typical price in that state, worked out from public state wage data and national price surveys. Sources and years are in Settings. • "What you keep" takes off helpers, supplies, driving and self-employment tax, and shows how each number is worked out.
