Terms of service

By using Get Indie Apps you agree to what is written here. It is short on purpose. If something is unclear, ask us rather than guessing.

Get Indie Apps is operated by RGS Yazilim ve Bilisim Sistemleri LTD STI..

1. Listings

Anyone may submit an app that is publicly available on the App Store or Google Play. By submitting, you confirm you have the right to have it listed here, and you allow us to display its store metadata — name, icon, screenshots, description, category, price and rating — and to link to its store pages.

Listing is free and stays free. We do not guarantee placement, traffic, ranking or how long a listing remains online.

2. What we will remove

We may hide or delete a listing at our discretion, without notice, if it is spam, a duplicate, misleading, no longer available in either store, or infringes somebody's rights. Apps whose primary purpose is illegal, sexually explicit, or built to harass are not accepted.

If a listing is yours and you want it gone, use your private manage link or ask us and we will remove it. We do not charge for removal.

3. Featured placement

Featured is the only paid product on the site: a single payment of $49 per app for 30 days. It buys a homepage slot, a larger card and a pinned, badged position at the top of the app's category page for those 30 days. It does not affect search results or ordering anywhere else on the site, and featured entries are labelled. It never changes an app's data, rating, or whether it is listed at all.

Who you are buying from

The seller is RGS Yazilim ve Bilisim Sistemleri LTD STI., the operator of Get Indie Apps. Your contract for the purchase is with us, and these terms are the distance sales terms that apply to it.

Price and payment

The price shown at checkout is the full amount charged to your card, in the currency shown, including any tax we are required to collect. Your bank may apply its own currency conversion or foreign transaction fee; that is between you and your bank.

Payment is taken by credit or debit card through PayTR (PayTR Ödeme ve Elektronik Para Kuruluşu A.Ş.), a payment institution licensed in Türkiye. You type your card details into PayTR's secure form; they are sent straight to PayTR and we never see or store your card number. PayTR's name may appear next to ours on your card statement.

At checkout we ask for your name, email address, phone number and billing address. PayTR requires them to process the payment and we need them to issue your invoice, which is sent to the email address you give.

No subscription

Featured is not a subscription. Your card is charged once and is never charged again automatically; we do not store it. When the 30 days end the app returns to being a normal free listing, with nothing to cancel. If you pay again while the app is still featured, the new 30 days are added to the end of the current period.

Delivery

Featured is a digital service and nothing is shipped. The placement starts automatically as soon as PayTR confirms the payment — normally within a minute — and you receive a confirmation by email. If your app is not featured within 24 hours of a successful payment, tell us and we will either start it or refund you, whichever you prefer.

Withdrawal and refund policy

A payment is refundable in full for 14 days after it is taken. Email support@getindieapps.com within that window with the app name and the email used at checkout and we refund it; we do not ask for a justification. The placement ends when the refund is made. This applies even though the service starts immediately at your request.

After 14 days a payment is not refunded, including for a part-used period. We do refund outside the window where the fault is ours — a placement that never ran, a duplicate or accidental charge, or a featured listing we removed for our own reasons.

Refunds go back to the card that paid, through PayTR. We send them within 3 working days of your request; your bank may take up to 10 working days more to show it on your statement.

4. Content and ownership

App names, icons, screenshots and descriptions belong to their respective developers and are reproduced here to describe and link to those apps. The directory pages, design and code are ours. Scraping the site to rebuild it elsewhere is not permitted.

5. No warranty

The site is provided as-is. We do not test, vet or endorse the apps listed, and we are not responsible for what they do, what they charge, or what happens to your data inside them. Store metadata can be out of date; the store page is always the authority.

6. Liability

To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you for anything connected to this site is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim — which for almost everyone is zero.

7. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. If you are a consumer, the mandatory consumer protection rules of the country you live in still apply to you, and consumers in Türkiye may bring a complaint to the consumer arbitration committee or consumer court where they live. Please write to us first — most problems are solved by one email.

8. Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be reflected in the date at the top of this page. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept it.

Get Indie Apps is independent and is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Apple Inc. or Google LLC. App Store is a trademark of Apple Inc. Google Play is a trademark of Google LLC.
