Before you write
- How fast do you reply?
- Usually within two working days. Removal requests and payment problems go first.
- Can you remove my app from the directory?
- Yes, with no reason needed. Email support@getindieapps.com from an address that plausibly belongs to the developer and include the listing link. Hiding it yourself through the manage link is faster if you still have it.
- I lost my manage link.
- Email support@getindieapps.com with the listing link. We reissue it to the address the listing was submitted with, or to the developer contact on the store page.
- Something is wrong with my Featured subscription.
- Email support@getindieapps.com with the app name and the email used at checkout. Refund terms are on the terms page and are applied as written.
- Do you accept guest posts, link swaps or paid reviews?
- No. Listing is free, Featured is the only paid product, and nothing on the site is sponsored content.
