PaidNote is the simple estimate and invoice app for small lawn care shops, handymen and other one- or two-person service businesses. Write the estimate, turn it into an invoice with one tap, send it from the truck, and see who has paid.

BILL YOUR REGULAR YARDS ON SCHEDULE (PRO) Set up a recurring invoice once: weekly, every 2 weeks, every 4 weeks, monthly or quarterly. PaidNote creates each new invoice from your template on schedule, as a draft for you to review (the default) or ready to send, and lets you know when invoices are ready. You stay in control: PaidNote never emails or texts your customers on its own. You send each invoice yourself.

ESTIMATE TO INVOICE IN ONE TAP Build estimates from your saved line items (mowing, cleanups, mulch, trip charge, labor) with unit prices and taxable flags. Add a job name, discount, tax and notes. Track each estimate as Draft, Sent, Approved or Declined. When the customer says yes, one tap turns it into an invoice.

LOOK PROFESSIONAL Branded letter-size PDFs with your logo, brand color, contact details, license number, payment terms and footer note. Preview the PDF, then send it from your iPhone's share sheet. Invoices are numbered automatically (INV-0001 and up, from a starting number you choose) and get a due date from your payment terms.

PRICING Your first documents are free, and anything you create always stays viewable. PaidNote Pro is an auto-renewing subscription, monthly or yearly, for unlimited documents and all Pro features. New subscribers may be eligible for a free trial. Prices are shown in the app before you buy.

Payment is charged to your Apple Account when you confirm the purchase. The subscription renews automatically unless you cancel it at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, and your account is charged for the renewal within the 24 hours before the period ends. You can manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple Account settings at any time. Any unused part of a free trial is forfeited when you buy a subscription.
