About Warden: App Blocker & Focus

Warden helps you spend less time in the apps that take over your day. It shows which app takes the most of your time, sets a limit in one tap, and can hand the early unlock to someone you trust.

APPLE WATCH & SIRI Start a digital detox from your Apple Watch, follow the countdown and keep your streak on your watch face. Use Siri or create your own phrase in Shortcuts. Your iPhone enforces the blocks, and Always Allowed apps stay available.

FIND WHAT TAKES YOUR TIME Warden reads your Screen Time and shows your heaviest apps with a seven-day chart. For each one it suggests a daily limit based on how you actually use it, and shows how many minutes a day that gives back.

LIMITS THAT FIT YOUR DAY • Daily limits, with separate minutes for each app • Opens per day: choose how many times an app can open, and for how long • Schedules that repeat, like no social media after 10 PM • Focus sessions that keep your chosen apps closed until the timer ends • Always Allowed apps and websites that stay open during every block

CHOOSE HOW STRICT EACH RULE IS Every rule has its own access mode. Standard: when you need an app, hold to open it for a few minutes. Warden: your request goes to someone you trust, and they decide how long you get. Lockdown: the rule can't be edited or opened early until the day resets.

YOUR WARDEN Your Warden is a friend, partner or family member who holds your early unlock. When you want more time, you send a request. They can approve the full time, give less, or say no. If nobody answers within 30 minutes, the app stays locked. Your Warden sees your streak and your requests, and can't change your rules or see which apps you use. Being someone's Warden is free.

A MOMENT TO STOP When your time is up, Warden puts a calm screen in front of the app with a short reminder of why you set the limit. You can keep the app closed or review your access.

SAFETY • An emergency override opens everything at once, even offline • If Warden hasn't been opened for three days, every block lifts • If your Warden leaves, your blocks continue for a short grace period and then lift

PROGRESS • A daily streak with a 90-day history • Screen Time insights that compare this week with last week • A live countdown on the Lock Screen and in the Dynamic Island • Home Screen widgets for your streak and current status

PRIVACY Warden is built on Apple's Screen Time framework, so iOS enforces every block. When you pick apps, Apple's picker gives Warden a private token instead of the app's name. Your usage figures stay on your iPhone. Your Warden sees your streak and your requests, and nothing else.

PRICING Daily limits, schedules and focus sessions are free. Warden Pro adds the Warden and Lockdown access modes, unlimited personal suggestions and your full Screen Time history. New accounts get 7 days of Pro free. Being someone's Warden is always free.

Warden Pro is an auto-renewing subscription, billed monthly or yearly. Payment is charged to your Apple Account when you confirm the purchase. It renews automatically unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel it anytime in your Apple Account settings.

Requires iOS 17 or later. Your Warden needs an iPhone with Warden installed.
