Parents can check in for free. Family caregiver and organizer features require a one-time lifetime unlock, with no subscription.

Senior Check-In supports everyday family communication. Notifications depend on device and network availability and may be delayed or unavailable if a device is off, disconnected, low on battery or restricts background activity. The app does not automatically contact emergency services and is not a medical monitoring device or guaranteed safety service. Contact emergency services directly when needed.
