About Keen: Remember Names & Faces
Keen is brain training for adults: memory games, focus games and critical thinking practice, built for real life. Instead of endless abstract puzzles, it trains the memory you use every day, like remembering the name of someone you just met, a shopping list without writing it down, or where you put your keys.
Practise remembering names and faces, at your own pace, with no timers if you like.
A daily plan takes about 10–15 minutes: • A short warm-up game • Think: three everyday reasoning puzzles • A real-life lesson: learn a simple technique, then practise it straight away • Side Vision, a quick speed-of-seeing exercise • A one-minute check-in on the habits that support a sharp mind: moving, sleeping well, talking to people and learning something new
REAL-LIFE LESSONS • Names and faces: meet people at a party, recall their names now and again tomorrow • Shopping lists: the story method • PINs and phone numbers: chunking • Remember what you read: who, what, where and why • Don't forget to…: plans that help you remember to do things • Where did I put it?: vivid links between objects and places • Directions and routes: remember landmarks and turns • Everyday maths: tips, discounts, splitting the bill
Every lesson ends with a tip to use it the same day.
THINK: CRITICAL THINKING PRACTICE Three short real-life puzzles a day. Spot the hidden assumption, find the flaw in an argument, think one step ahead, and see the other side. You answer first, then see the reasoning. Hard enough to feel it, short enough to finish.
EIGHT GAMES THAT ADAPT TO YOU Pattern Recall, Sequence, Colour Clash, Odd One Out, Rule Switch, Quick Sums, Reverse Recall and Number Patterns. Practise memory, attention, mental maths and reasoning at a difficulty that adjusts as you play. Reverse Recall asks you to remember and reverse a sequence; Number Patterns asks you to find the rule. Both use eight untimed rounds with answer feedback. Other warm-up games offer a relaxed mode without a time limit.
HONEST PROGRESS Keen shows your real-life scores first: how many names, list items and numbers you actually remembered. A monthly check-up uses fresh material you haven't practised, so you can see whether the skills carry over.
COMFORTABLE TO USE • Colourful illustrated exercise icons • Three text sizes, light and dark themes • Calm mode with fewer animations • Relaxed games with no timers • An optional daily reminder
